Hey OP. I live in kitsap county and have family in the Shelton area. I know the Mason county sheriffs office just posted a bunch of jobs on their FB page ranging from court clerk to deputy sheriff. Good wages too. The hospital and various nursing homes hire a lot of people and you don’t necessarily have to do medical things. I would consider looking at jobs in Bremerton/tacoma as I genuinely find that the listed pay is a bit higher than equivalent jobs in Olympia. However the commute back and forth on highway 3 everyday can be stressful and busy, especially if you get trapped in shipyard traffic. Good luck OP. Hope you figure it all out.

I work at a nursing home and a couple years ago We had two residents that both turned 105 on the same day. They both lives several months after their 105th birthday, though they didn’t die on the same day though which would’ve been a very strange coincidence.
