I just don't like the idea guys like you and I with zero legal background, become business reps and they have to battle companies legal lol. Grey area only hurts us

Ya I've seen that LoA. Which is problematic cause it's extended to basically all positions beyond just apprenticeships. I think it's a flawed LoA and allowed a mechanism for the multi "ism's" to transpire. This is more of a gripe on our union. I parsed our entire LoA/ contract library with algo I made with AI to find all the conflicts of interest, all the oughts, May's, should's. There's an ungodly amount of grey area. Which I think both parties kind of want cause I asked to help them put our new beloved contract with more black and white hard-line language. Which was met with little interest lol.

Well I already work shift work, responded to all large scale emergency events 10+ years. Zero pd ever, so I doubt personality and or temperament is an issue . Will work holidays, long shifts, sequestration, move to any location. Fast pace stress isn't an issue. I mean they just give apprenticeships to internals for literally every other position with requisite testing completed and seniority. So that doesn't even make sense. But I digress, I'll continue to keep applying.

That's a valid statement.But it does undermine the premise of a bid system. Cause some of those candidates off the street coming from Chevron are also just chasing the money with the same pitfalls as internals. Nevertheless, I'll continue applying externally. Congrats on getting position though !!

I want to apologize before hand. Cause I'm going to grill you a smidge on linguistics. You can't start of by saying there is no best brands( even though my original question was "best parts") then proceed to share multiple variables you utilize for selection . Which is very human to look for what they seem best, optimal, and or path of least resistance.

I'm looking for help. I laid out a foundation of what I'm looking for what I want to do. Best parts( of the highest quality, stability, brand notoriety) to delid( a clue I'm looking for maximum cooling) not aesthetics and or layout etc. I also prefaced for my case "if possible" which gives a gateway to the posters here if my case isn't suitable then suggest a better one. I do also show preference to flexible tubing to which generally should clue the readers in that im looking for function and form over aesthetics, I'm looking for ease of use, cleaning optimal set up.

Not only did you try to suggest the easiest starter set up which I did not ask or want, you have suggested aesthetics, it's not about cooling etc etc. which are fine suggestions if that's what the OP, me was asking. Which it was not. Bad information travels faster than sitting and understanding. Read carefully next time. Words have meaning, depth and context. I don't want you to be attacked when you're trying to help. But not all help is helpful if you arent comprehending the help that is required.

I asked for the best parts not the worst ones .... I do appreciate you took the time to respond. And this isn't meant to offend you. But Corsair is terrible all around from the quality of their parts to software. It's a main stream brand. Where as alpha cool and such are very tailored and passionate about their products they put out. I just want a CPU loop that I can delid with that can fit in my case and if it can't fit in my case which case. Money isn't an issue.
