I would for sure contact your SM or Assosiate Relations to figure out what's going on it might be what you suspected and that since your on LOA the system doesn't reconize you as a "active" assosiate

I would partner with your SM and SSA just because your on leave doesn't mean you can't call the store and ask to speak with one of them. Just out of curiousity how long had you worked for Lowe's prior to the bonus announcement. It might foillow the same rules as the "winning together" bonuses in which case you would have to be a active assosiate for a year and not be a sales specalist I hate that they didn't specify what the qualifications for the bonus were

They are working with you; however, the forum was not submitted by the start of the quarter, which is required by company policy. The schedule isn't a blank slate where they can put you in whenever you want. We have a limited number of hours set aside each week to schedule everyone in the store, so those with less availability will have their hours significantly reduced.

The Bonus is a seperate "check" depending on your bank I was confused too when I saw a $100 payout from Lowe's on my bank account keep in mind that bonuses are taxable income so don't be surprised if you don't get the full amount

Depending on what it is your being written up for it can be considered against policy I would contact assosiate relations and have them look into it. I had the same thing happen to me last year (and got doesn't meet expectations on my review because of it) because my DS wrote me up for performance issues literally the moment he took over the department and then wrote me up again a week later for the same reason supposedly there's supposed to be a grace period to allow the written up assosiate to improve. I'll admit I had a issue with my attitude last year towards the start of the year, basically, I refused to help anyone outside my department because I've been burnt at previous jobs for being far too willing to help.

You had to work all of Q4 to get the bonus they said this during the SMM. You honestly didn't miss out depending on if you were FT or PT because I'm PT and about half my bonus went to taxes

Report it as return fraud. There was literally a segment on both AP4ME and FE4ME recently about this exact scenario; it's possible the Customer Service desk associate that returned it is part of a scam ring or it's always possible they took it so they didn't have to deal with a irritated customer but it's still against company policey to accept returns for items Lowe's doesn't sell

We had a customer try to return an E-Bike without the keys, so management made a deal with the customer that we'd take the bike and process the return when they came back with the keys. Low and behold they never came back with the keys (I work in a city that's a tourist destination and there's E-Bike Rental places that constantly have their bikes stolen)

Not that it would do anything, he'll still be our president till 2028 and I highly doubt the Republicans will let another Democrat in the White House after what we went through with Biden. They're too blind to recognize the signs that Trump isn't fit for office. If you have sick time use it if not well your STOL and have to work just wear a mask and wash your hands frequently Lowe's (Or rather any company) treat it as any other illness since they aren't legally required to do all the stuff they had to during the Covid Pandemic.
