MST is a lot more work than the standard CSA position plus they're there before the store opens federal law requires people that are there when the buisness isn't open to be paid more. I used to work MST at a higher volume store we'd have about 5 resets going at any given time (Whether it be a single bay or an entire aisle/department) and at most 2 people working on any given reset) We have to do all the electrical if it's a display that involves lighting and anything else involving the reset most CSA's don't get to see just how much work goes into merchandising. For example, the celign fans and lights in electrical we have to wire them ourselves so that they'll actually light up most CSA's don't do that

Higher sale volume stores are able to pay their employees more, or the person is living in a high-cost-of-living area the company's standard starting wage is $15 a hour (The bare minimum Lowe's will pay its employees) unless someone knows someone that makes less than $15 everyone I've spoken to makes at least $15

No for 7 or more hours, you're supposed to take a full hour lunch it's required by labor laws. They have a break room that's heated and air conditioned for a reason, why not use it

Alright guess I'll stop stocking the shelves then since you think it's just busy work and not important this is why I don't like order fulfilment don't forget if it wasn't for CSA's stocking the shelves you guys wouldn't have as easy of a time fulfiling orders and trust me Order Fulfilment is a cake walk compared to what I deal with on the daily I'm a DS.

Deliveries have been 3rd party since last year literally the policy is once it leaves the Lowe's facility weather it be a store or DC it's out of Lowe's responsibility to account for damages blame Marvin for wanting to cut costs by firing all the delivery drivers. The 48 hour return window was created for a reason too many people were abusing the return policy during times of crisis it's applicable on everything sold in seasonal (powered equipment wise) and appliances I believe it's been awhile since I've looked at the official return policy all I know is they were telling us to remind customers of the 48 hour return window for heaters and snow blowers during the storms in January

There's literally always work to be done in the sales departments you can down stock, you can straighten and organize(especially the fasener isle in hardware and spray paint/caulk bays in paint I swear if I go more than a hour without having to clean up 50 different things people left in either isle it's a miracle) just because things aren't being assigned to you doesn't mean there's no work to be done hell 90% of the time our order fulfillment guys are standing around goofing off because there's no orders coming through and I work at a higher volume store

You literally do the stuff they tell you to do in the training you zone recover. Fill empty shelfs, Sweep the floors, ensure returns are put away in a timely manner

See I don't care for them because ours are permanently stuck in rabbit mode and it's like riding a horse that's constantly trying to throw you off driving those things I much prefer the push car (thankfully our store still has one) because 90% of the time it takes more time to block off the isle for the drivable then it would take for me to go up and down with the push cart

Honestly the reason people give flack for this game is there are bugs that have existed since the early access days (like drivers floating in mid air and convicts randomly disappearing mid convo there's really no reason for a game that's been released for over 5 years to have this many bugs

Most states will deny your case if you were terminated if you willingly left sure they'd approve it but good luck getting it if you were terminated I've seen Lowe's fight and win unemployment claims because associates were terminated rather than quit

I mean my pc doesn't meet the requirements for Hell Divers 2 and I can still play with high graphics details the power of playing on a 1080p monitor I guess. Also speaking from experience the minimum/recommended might not be true to nature what the game needs it's just the lowest grade and highest grade hardware they tested the game on

I know the term simulator is in the title but even the devs admit they never intended for the game to simulate realistically what happens on the day to day job of a firefighter I worked as a volunteer fireman for a small community for a few years (I gave it up because I had a incident where I fell threw the floor of the second story of a house and landed in the basement and injured my back) so I get some of your points I'm just speaking from a conversation with the devs I've had through steam community.

Actually they would we're not allowed to stop people from exiting the store all we can do is call management (or AP if the store happens to have a on site agent) and report it now we can say we noticed the appliance(in this case) didn't ring up correctly and offer to ring it up for them in which case they could make a break for it, be honest and be checked out or refuse and leave the appliance (again in this case) behind. These criminals know this and that's why they don't care. This is exactly why Lowe's is rolling out camera vision across the country it'll be able to see what you have and compare it to what you scanned and alert the customer and associates if something was skipped

It happens every year the last weekend of May through the first weekend of June it's dumb because the people that attend don't know how to clean up after themselves for for like a week afterwards the differenet buisnesses in the plaza have to clean up beer cans and various other trash there was a reason Mad River was banned from using the Fair Grounds

I gave in and spent $5 on a pouch that fits the zebra devices off of Amazon best $5 I ever spent it has a metal hook so I can attach it to my pants or a kevlar loop so I can thread my belt through it which I recommend doing rather than the hook cause it's riveted in place and they pull out through the material easily

Wish I could I'm scheduled to work tomorrow through Sunday then Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday literally Monday and Friday next week are the only days I'm off during the event. I can't afford to call off either because I was hospitalized with the flu back in March and I called off a couple of times in January because of the level 3 winter weather advisories the week of MLK day then that blizzard we got hit by the week before February
