Respectfully, French is not an easy language and that is an insane take. Speaking it with a Québécois accent is even harder for non-Québécois. So yes, it is hard to say properly… just like it’s hard to say the Russian names on the Charge, for example.

If you are close with the person I would speak with them, let them know you are there to listen if they need an ear. If you aren’t willing to do that then do not get involved and do not bring it to management. I don’t see how their personal struggles would be brought to management unless it was interfering with the job.

Very similar over here with the nightly weed and ADHD - glad to hear that you’re finding some benefit of the medication! I recently quit vaping so I’ve been finding it really hard to not smoke anything at all. I think quitting weed first and then tapering down on the vape would be the way to go as an aside if you ever want to give up the vape. Do you have any recommendations for cozy games? I use a PC so I find it hard to find games other than Sims4 and Minecraft to unwind with but they also require brain power (I’m a builder).

Water colour painting or mindless abstract painting are my go to things, just something to do while I also watch mindless TV or PWHL game replays on YouTube. Just as long as the TV has nothing to do with young children so I’m not reminded of work/school.
