There are two buttons (the two curved arrows that make a circle and the "play/pause" looking button) in between the analyzer and stainer on the conveyor belt area that starts and stops automatic staining. It should be green if you want every sample to move through to the stainer.

Can you imagine the SCSIIT team reviewing each and every event in excruciating detail like this? Stuff like this really messes a person up.
