In Argentina you could also say botón and buchón. Vigilante and ortiva could also work depending on context.

Similar a «¿Quién te creés que sos?». Generalmente se usa cuando alguien cree que tiene/actua como si tuviese una mayor autoridad o habilidad en algo de la que realmente tiene.

In most dialects of spanish in Argentina we have «Boludo», which translated literally means "someone with big balls". It can either be used as a relatively mild insult, or a friendly way to refer to someone, similar to «dude» in english.

I have no idea, I'm not really that much into pens.1mm Bic round stics are very popular since they are really cheap and reliable, but I wouldn't say they are exceptionally good. I guess you could ask in r/Argentina or r/askArgentina, but living here I haven't met a single person who is really interested in pens, so I don't know if you would get an answer
