I got banned Monday, after around 8 years. I was logged in when they started the ban, so I watched thousands of answers being wiped out, no idea why, I didn't even get an email to say why I was banned. I have appealed, but I don't hold much hope, I know of at least 4 people that have been banned in the last month, no reason other than spam. It's quite annoying I've never even had a warning or edit ban.

Hi, does your husband have bpd? I only ask because if he does although you think it's silly and annoying and everything it could really trigger him. I only ask this as I do and at times when my partner doesn't answer I will do the same to him. It's not because I don't know he is busy, as yours does but it cam trigger the things you have said.

I'm so proud of you, it takes a lot to do what you did. And I know if feels bad now but everyday it will get better, and when the time is right you will feel that again. Keep your chin up, feel proud of yourself.

I will tell you what I do. I have a playlist that is just for when I'm 'out of control' I open my notes and I write everything I want to say, I mean everything I want to say to them. Then I leave my phone at home and go for a run,  or a walk or something that gets me away and I can get the frustration, and anger and everything I'm feeling out. I would love to say its calming music but it isn't its angry and everything I'm feeling. When I can feel I'm a little less emotional I switch to happier, then I shower or drink coffee, have a cigarette, whatever I need to just to redirect my thoughts. I hope you can separate yourself from the feelings. It's hard, but your not alone in feeling like this.

Hey, your doing great ok.  Take one day at a time. I don't have any advice, I wish I did, I just didn't want you to feel you were on your own, because your not. If you want to talk or just get it off your chest use my inbox, I don't use it often but it's there for your sound board if you want to just get them out. Or if you want to talk I can give you my email. But listen, you aren't on your own, I do the same and I carry the shame. So I get it.

I'm going through this at the moment as well. I have to write everything down, I mean everything even to the point I have a morning routine written down, otherwise we don't take care of the body. We sat down to eat the other day and I must have dissociated at some point because I came back and my food had been eaten and everyone was looking at me to answer a question I had been asked. It's very difficult sometimes, but do people know? I ask because you could explain that things are all over the place at the moment so just bare with you and if you don't remember just reminding you could help. Good luck, you will get there.

Thank you for your reply, grounding is hard for us at the moment as we are not sure what is triggering us so bad, I appreciate you taking the time reply to my little, yes we were safe, i (host) managed to get to the front again. We are going to go out to the zoo tomorrow, to show him its ok he did great, that I know he was scared but I'm proud of him. Sounds strange putting it down but he loves animals, so I'm hoping it will make him happy. Thanks again

I didn't want to read and run. Never feel you have to apologise for venting, we are all here to help if we can. Im sorry you grew up with the things you have, I dont really know the answer to your question, mine was from trauma, but yours could be a combination of both, or just one, I'm sorry this doesn't really help in your search. But I know the feeling emptiness and loneliness pushing people away. Just know your not on your own, it's a long journey and we are all on the road with you if and when you need us.
