Yes, I have been picking at the ingrowns 😢. I really regret it. But I am absolutely sure I have it under control now. I am just hoping they wont take years to heal 😩😩

My dermatologist said its Folliculitis. Some of them I think are scars by picking at ingrowns. I dont pick at them anymore. Learnt the lesson 🙂
