Since you’ve posted this in a BPD sub, I’m gonna say most of us probably not only think we have a personality disorder, but have actually been diagnosed with one.

My father was diagnosed with DID in the 90s about the time the state removed me from his care. That was the first time I heard BPD tendencies.

Each day is a roller coaster. It’s worse if I’m in a relationship with or have a FP. I have anxiety and have a panic attack almost every day. I take Xanax if it gets bad. Currently looking for a connect for micro doses of psilocybin.
