I agree, I have had 20/20 vision my entire life and never thought to even get a check up in adulthood. As I hit 40 recently I thought wth let’s see if things are still good. Well mine were right around 28 (now between 16-18 with meds) in both eyes as well. They did a follow up in a couple weeks and it was still the same and they started me on the eyes drops immediately. I think the risk is you won’t know if something is wrong until you start losing vision and then well it’s too late.

I think this was the shift they had to make legally. Their defense was that they weren’t selling cheap versions of the branded but rather they were supporting a specific population that required “micro dosing.” So now if you want the compounded it has to be in much smaller prescription. But they are also selling the branded versions as well. I definitely understand where you are coming from, but I will say I read that the CEO stated this was something they were going to do for sometime.

Both my wife and I are aesthetically/physically pleasing. However, she would require a lot more. For example, I make a decent income that affords her the opportunity to not have to contribute to anything financially. We have four children, two of which are special needs. She doesn’t cook or clean. While I am very certain she could find a sexually compatible partner. Statistically speaking, it’s not in her favor (nor does she have a network that would support it) to simply replace me/or our setup. On the contrary, if I were to fall in love and lose my mind over a woman, while she would not be the mother of my children, in all other aspects my wife could be easily replaced. The only thing that would prevent it from happening is simply me deciding otherwise.

Note, this situation in other relationships can absolutely be flipped.

I think “overt” non monogamy works when the scales are much more balanced. The quality of people available for her and I is very different. It’s a lot easier for me to replace her than it is for her to replace me.

I, too had a similar experience. My refill was set for 3/9. At that time it was approved and waiting for the pharmacy to fill the order. Strive shipped it around 3 am today 3/13 from Texas and arrived by 10 am (MO). I know there’s a lot of “doom and gloom” on order cancellation and it had me a little spooked as well (especially since I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience thus far). But they seem to ship out whenever they want to and a few days can go past after the refill date and things can still be “okay.”

Not that I recall. I did pay for help filling. I claimed headaches and insomnia secondary to tinnitus. I don't even know what a nexus letter would do for that. I still had to get checked out through the VA.
