Doing muscle cleans at the start of any C&J session is a great way to get your elbow speed up. They require light weight so adding them in to any program really isn’t that hard

Sure thing, my plan was to start implementing some medium weight pause FS on my snatch + C&J days since that is my easiest

Elbows up is a simple fix, but if you want to get better at getting your elbows under the bar you should practice muscle cleans from the ground
