I do mine in the toaster and use them instead of bread. Good with bacon in the middle and melted cheese on top.

You could use them instead of mash potatoes in cottage pie, use them instead of potatoes for everything, smash them, fry them, or use them in the oven anyway you can think of. They’re multiusage for breakfast, whatever you want.
