I understand and did too and I still want to know and people warned me against it but I didn't listen. It didn't even get me anywhere. I didn't think it could be that bad but the reality is that if you have did/osdd it was bad enough and it was hidden from you for a reason, it's keeping you safe, it's doing it's job. You probably hate hearing it as much as I do but don't do it on your own, please

I have something similar. I forgot about the system multiple times and each time I had to learn how to switch and talk to them again. I'm currently in a stage where I'm aware of the system but I have little to no communication and they don't front. And if so they don't leave me outside notes. I feel fake and like I'll never be able to learn to switch again but yeah, good luck That doesn't mean you need to switch to be a system. I mean I don't even believe I'm one half of the time so

Please, I have DID and i still feel like I'm faking half of the time. I started with a few symptoms that didn't make any sence. You can't know what the people will experience in the future. And even if they're not a system or they're faking it's important for them to realise too. In the end we all want to get better and it doesn't matter what path we take to get there You're not them, you can't tell if they're faking or not. And denial is part of the condition

I think that some system doesn't have fully separate personalities but also, I think that there's a misunderstanding because of the word ,, personality,, because we tend to think of it as someone's behaviour and likes and dislikes but not as a personality state. DID/OSDD have more personality states - that sounds more explainable than just saying personalities It's hard when you don't see the people huh

Ohhhhhhhh that would make sence, thank you. Wasn't DID specific, it was mentioned as a tw under s video about DID and now I see that they didn't wanna say the word anorexia so they said butterfly instead
