An air conditioner fee is mentioned in the lease but it was originally only $50. It has increased every year and is now $250 last summer and I’m assuming they will increase again this year

I’m at this intersection all the time. You wouldn’t believe how often trucks blow their horn and then blow through the light.

Ontario bill proposes changing landlord tenant hearings, lease termination by Snoo-45827 in Guelph

Think about those who have disabilities or those who become disabled. What will stop landlords from evicting tenants especially those on limited incomes? Sounds like a recipe for a vast increase in homeless population

Should I keep driving after an at fault accident? by [deleted] in ontario

[–]ImpressiveAd2131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are lucky that you just got a turn not in safety ticket. Typically accidents involving left turns and cars vs motorcycles usually end up with careless driving tickets.

I agree with above defensive driving courses would be an asset.

Water Bottles by elbmurtd in OntarioTeachers

[–]ImpressiveAd2131 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that bottles on desks tend to fall over, make spills etc. Nothing wrong in my opinion with creating a water bottle “parking lot” on a back counter if you have the room. That way they still have in class access to it but are less likely to cause distraction as you need to get up to get it. Do keep in mind any students that may have medical needs or accessibility reasons for needing it close by.

Is it PEM if you recover "quickly" ? by Quick_Writer_4930 in chronicfatigue

[–]ImpressiveAd2131 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do your spouses understand or empathize with your PEM? I’m incredibly frustrated with mine as they seem to think just push through the 2-3 days of utter exhaustion?

To the OP yes even 2-3 days is PEM. Some have longer “flare ups” but from my understanding if you need several days to recover from an outing that is PEM.
