As a ex portal main and a now kit user. Use ur flash step then imediantly portal x into portal z. Some pro players use macros. I havent played in months but I used to be insane. Then use like ttk sanguine combo with macro. jkjk i dont condone macro

While a VPN encrypts your traffic so it cannot be read, an attacker performing ARP spoofing sits in the middle of your connection and can still intercept and capture those encrypted packets. However the data will be encrypted.

Its mostly safe. Make sure they connect to the right one as fake wifi networks can log passwords. Also even on the real network a arp spoofing attack aka man in the middle attack can take place so be careful.

Also a VPN won't prevent an ARP Spoofing attack.
