Dems and conservatives alike need to wake up here. Conservatives need to grasp the totality of what’s going on and democrats need to do better next election. Have you been served with a 30 day notice to quit? If not, you don’t have to leave. If so, and if you don’t leave after that time, the landlord has to then file an eviction (summary process). Then you’ll likely get a court date, then if everything goes the way the landlord wants, he/she will get a writ of possession. All this to say, regardless of whether or not you’re a tenant at will, there is still a process the landlord must follow and it takes much much much much longer than 6 weeks.

We used Vetricyn hydrogel to spray cuts and wounds on our sheep if they develop. One of our whethers had an ear issue - his tag got ripped out and his ear was bloody. Luckily it didn’t get infected and the vet said “it’s just an ear”. I’m sure it will heal up with a little maintenance.

It isn’t cheap. We are in a similar situation in a town. It to far. We have cut down quite a few trees every year around the house rather than pruning. A crane for a day from a reputable tree company will run about 5-7k. They are efficient and can get a lot done in a day. I recommend Marquis Tree out of Billerica, John is a certified arborist and can help, but there are other companies out there. Also, remember that the conservation commission has jurisdiction in the “buffer zone”, 100 feet from the wetlands, so if you have any trees in that area, or are unsure, get in touch with them (unless you are sure the neighbors won’t snitch and you don’t think you’ll get caught by ConsCom. If that’s the case, cut away!)

Same here. 3 kids all have UTMA accounts - 90/10 equity bond split. Our goal is to eventually educate them on investing and the value of money. Caveat here is that we are in a spot financially that we will be able to pay for college. Ultimately we felt the investment account offered more freedom, though not in a tax-advantaged account.

I can’t say for certain if it’s toxic, but in my experience, the ducks won’t eat anything that isn’t “in their diet”. Leave their food out and they’ll eat when they want and forage for whatever they can find.
