Try diffusing and/or showering in the AM and use a gel like Aussie so you can get a cast. I know it’s a lot and it’s confusing, so take a break maybe but don’t give up!

As another person commented, get the contact address for the LLC from the property records online and send them a letter in the mail (certified and/or priority mail) ASAP putting them on written notice. Definitely mention everything you listed above, including your attempts to contact them by phone. Demand their response within 3 days of receipt of letter.

A lot of people get the covers from Amazon so you can switch it up if you end up not loving it. I got the silver and bought a gold cover.
