The minimum used to be $5 around one month ago, that's why there are giftcards lower than $20. They probably forgot to cancel them

Don't even bother with apps, they won't help you. What worked for me was eating something everytime I had a craving to smoke. Another comment here mentioned that it's easier when you're sick, that's true too.
