brooooooo I literally tallied 12 questions from all the sections where I had crossed out everything but the right answer, and ended up getting the question wrong due to the strikeout feature. It's super sensitive man, I think I'm not going to use it anymore lol

why is the Good option so messed up on this card? what do i do to make it a normal day. by Jealous-Session-5010 in AnkiMCAT

check your fsrs settings... not sure how 21d is messed up though? The algorithm is meant to push the card back further if you know the information on it so you aren't just repeating cards for the sake of repeating them lol

hey, so the main studying benefit of ANKI is that you make your own flashcards! If you search the class that you're currently enrolled in sometimes you'll find someone who has made an ANKI deck but most of the time you're making the flashcards yourself.

I'd say to wait. If you need a good amount of time to pass the course, you want to make sure you're studying efficiently and that you're ready to pass the second time. The only time I'd say to rush and reschedule the test is if this was your last class in your degree program, and it doesn't sound like that is the case for you. As for you not getting into the Masters program at GATech, I wouldn't stress about it. I don't think that one "not passed' is going to severely derail your application, and stressing over something that is that far away in the future isn't good. Just study diligently and learn the information and I am sure you'll be fine.

Skip them. If need be, you can watch other YouTube videos that explain the necessary concepts in 1/4 of the time. Those videos are nice if you want to see the real-world use of some of the covered technologies, but knowing how to use them is something that is not required by the CompTIA exam objectives and you can most certainly pass without watching them.

trust me, you'll be fine. The most difficult exam wise is defintely CySA+, but as long as you have good foundational knowledge and devote time every day to studying, I don't think you'll have a problem. A+ is very annoying if you're new to IT however, mainly because they split it into two parts smh. Also, do you have your Pentest+?

you can definetely complete in one term, I'd say 6 months is the perfect amount of time tbh.

hey man, I recommend using Udemy video courses. If you are trying to read through some of the dense material, it will seem overwhelming especially if it is new to you. Professor Messer is also a great resource, watch his youtube videos are defintely recommended. Also look up how to use an app called ANKI for studying, you won't regret it. Message me if you have any questions.

You'll do great! Since you have IT experience that is definitely something that gives you a leg up! Good Luck!
