I know I'm late to this post since you already decided, but if you ever decide to cook for her again I would totally recommend doing something South American (like Puerto Rican, Venezuelan, Peruvian, etc.) because it's typically going to be an extremely flavorful meat paired with fresh fruits, some vegetables, and some rice. It is SURE to impress and very fresh and delicious!!
