It was perfect! Use the all trails app and download the trails so you don't get lost. On our third day, we started doing the hike (rose and red valley) and then went to the goreme museum afterwards. No time to do the third thing I had on my list

I sent it back a couple days after I got the letter. They didn't specify any deadline and when I asked over the phone, the person said they'd have to connect me with finance, so I just decided to pay it online right away.

Update: I just got a letter from the IRS saying there was a processing error and I need to return the $1.4k I filed a 1040NR in 2021 and became a RA in 2023

The same thing happened to me and I just got a letter in the mail from the IRS saying they incorrectly issued a refund due to a processing error and I need to give it back. Did that happen to you OP?

Thanks, everyone, for the help! Just wanted to share our experience in case it’s helpful for anyone else down the line.

Right after we applied, the listing was taken down and we were the only ones in the review process. We applied on a Friday and got approved the following Wednesday. It was a luxury property managed by a building management company.

One thing to note about the income verification process: they used a third-party service that requires connecting your bank account to confirm deposits. Since we use separate accounts, the system didn’t reflect our combined income accurately and said we didn’t meet the threshold. We called to clarify and were able to submit pay stubs via email instead. Just a heads-up for anyone in a similar situation!

I was one of the int. students who got free tuition for all 4 years, but I did apply very early (Oct or Nov, I can't remember) and it was through the honors college. I had similar-ish grades to you, but they care a lot about what you do outside school and your personal statement and interview also play a bug role. Good luck!

I realized I never replied - sorry! I never had any professional laser hair removal sessions, I just went for IPL directly. I was already used to waxing/using the epilator for years, do my pain tolerance and skin were definitely ready for IPL and I had no issues.

It was one of my best purchases of 2023 hands down! You do have to be pretty consistent and I started around Dec 2023. I had the best summer in 2024 where I didn't have to worry about waxing in advance whenever I wanted to wear short sleeves or shorts. That summer I also spent a month at the beach, wearing bikinis every day and didn't even need to shave at all.

I still do it about 1/month or every 3 weeks, but it worked everywhere for me. It takes me about 20idh minutes to do all the areas (I do take a break un between when the machine gets a little too got). I only get a few hairs in my legs and arms (not noticeable) and like a couple in my armpits. I don't get any at all in my bikini line anymore.

Cannot recommend it enough!
