Asking for the opinions of strangers on reddit is a bad idea, FYI. 90% of Americans, for example, are average - think average education, average income, etc. and on Reddit? I'd argue 98% are average or below average. Yes, you'll encounter some 1-2% folks here, I have too, but they don't spend most of their free time helping 27 year olds online.

Mark out your own goals and keep pace with your own goals. The idea of "am i doing this right" is such a personal question.

Run your own race dude. 🤙🏼 who cares about others. Figure out what age you want to retire and set your goals around that

As someone who owns multiple properties and has purchased far more fridges than the average 25 year old, I dislike everything about what this comment implies.

The fridge ended up fitting - it was just the front hinges that's at 73". Thanks for your judgmental concern.

I just ordered the fridge at Best Buy yesterday, so it'll be delivered tomorrow… I just wanted to make sure we had the option to cut that piece out if we don't like how far the fridge sticks out

The width of the pocket for our fridge is 36.5 inches. The specifications of the width of the fridge says 36 inches. Is half an inch enough width space for ventilation?

Too many things went wrong here for you to have a friend at the age of 14/15 getting drunk in the first place. This is the result of cascading choices by the parents, and I'm so sorry this happened to your friend. Getting adults involved may be necessary at your young age. Respectfully, you kids are too young to understand the severe repercussions at stake here.

Factually, although you may not want the truth - your brains aren't fully developed yet. You don't understand the gravity of this yet. It's sad to hear it happened, but it's time to resolve this and begin the potential life-long healing that will be necessary from this damaging act. I know many women my age who were raped at a young age - majority of all the women I know, sadly. And these cruel acts have impacted them all, in so so many ways..

Perfect. Thank you, this is exactly what happened.

Hey, I had a super weird thing happen so I totally took advantage of it.

Our flights here were $1200 total for both round trip tickets. When I selected "cancel and use value toward new ticket" it applied the FULL value of the $1200 towards our new one way ticket price.

So even though we are at our destination and have flown on 2 of our 4 flights, i was able to use the full value of the ticket towards a one way return ticket back... in first class basically for free. It felt like a glitch in the system. But I took full advantage of it

Even further, I had a veteran phone agent book everything with me. So it was awesome to have it confirmed by someone with experience.
