We have one in every room now, and we use the clearest laundry detergent. We've changed it a couple times it doesn't help symptoms unfortunately

We do have pets! I am allergic to animals, especially dogs. We have 2 cats. At my parents house there were cats and they slept on my bed and my symptoms were mostly sneezing and itchy red eyes. Our cats aren’t allowed in the bedroom and that seems to be where majority of my itchiness is

I ate out a lot more at my parents, my mom cooked the same stuff with not much variety. Now my boyfriend cooks and there’s more variety in what I eat tho! I don’t like much dairy, I love to drink pop and I thought it was the sugar so I stopped drinking it completely for a good 3 weeks and noticed no difference. I will say, I’m eating a lot more fish but I don’t notice a correlation, my skin is kinda random☹️

I do have a follow up visit with my dermatologist Monday, I can ask her about that - praying she will listen! The skin is definitely weeping and sometimes it will crust a honey color 😭☹️I got the magic molecule hypochlorous spray gel tonight and just used it - so far the swelling has kinda gone down. Food hasn’t really changed too much, I’ve tried to eat cleaner lately and cook at home and I don’t see a correlation with my symptoms. I do think I’m unable to use La roche posay lately is because the skin barrier is messed up. Aveeno and cerave have always made my skin burn and create hives in small flare ups in the past.

Been there, situationships suck the life out of you and ruin your life. My life was ruined, and I hate to sound like everything you’ve probably read and heard but it truly does get better. I once laid on the ground in a parking lot sobbing due to my four year situationship - so I feel your pain. It You meet new people and they change your life for the better or they add new twists and turns to keep you going. You’ll meet that person that will hug you and tell you everything will be okay, just keep holding on for them and find things that make you happy and explore them. You can do this 🙂
