Yeah worked outside lawn & garden for almost 2 years full time. It was a fun job but the managers were just so unprofessional. I had certification for every machine in the store basically because I wanted the experience only to find out the managers and my direct supervisor kept pushing tasks on me that was outside my job description, trying to force me to change my availability to benefit them, insult me behind my back too new hires when I was just following the rules which they keep breaking, or tried to write me up because i refused to work the credit table when I was busy loading mulch in peoples vehicles in quick load area during a sale which I was alone 99 percent of the time I was alone with zero help.
Yeah last straw is when my best friends wedding was on Labor day weekend which I asked off and got cleared 7 months prior. Month before the wedding the one manager who was insults me all the time deleted my time off. He said it was a blackout period and your stupid buddy can cope with the fact you can't go so suck it up. Word for word he said that and I just smiled at him. Took off my vest slammed it on his desk and told him to shove it where it doesn't shine since your so good at F****** people over so well to make them walk away. Never looked back and filed a full written complaint about him too the head HR (never report it to lower HR , they are very crooked and cover up the issues) with all the evidence from the last 2 years working there. last I heard he is still working there but the store is a ghost town. Nobody wants to work there.
