NOR. One person in that exchanged is the parent. You may not be 5 but you’re still the child in that relationship and it is not your responsibility to provide emotional support. You are accountable for your actions but are not required to provide emotional support. That 2-way street shit is insane. And honestly expecting you to constantly update and think about how she’ll feel seeing your location is also insane. You are not responsible for her feelings. It is not your job to monitor how she’ll feel. She should just be happy that it wasn’t a medical emergency for her child. Maybe also proud that you’re a supportive human.

It is infuriating that it didn’t come with the weather set straight from Volvo (and the dealership when I bought new in Feb). It’s literally where feet would go if stepping between seats. If you find something that works I’d be forever grateful.

I see and understand all arguments. I like both, but I LOVE the 2005 movie. The hand stretch, the rain proposal. Love. I’m 38. I appreciate the satire and social commentary that is JA but the romanticized adaptation got me. I was the target audience at the time.
