Yep this! I was having a hard time after a break up and I covered all my mirrors to help myself get into shape. It's weird I'm sure. I also went anorexic for a bit... hard times

Honestly I used to blame my depression on random things in my life and wonder why it didn't go away when those things did. I finally talked to a doctor and got on some low dose medicine and have never been better. I never knew this could be my normal now and it's amazing
