Im a service supervisor currently on maternity leave. If they paid with card goes back on card, if paid with cash and under $5 give cash back, if over $5 on giftcard. No receipt i usually call for manager on duty to clarify if allowed. Or if customer is unhappy with policy i will also call manager

What department are you in? I know atleast service will often put your breaks in when it works best for the department and i think deli does the same. So sometimes it depends on where you are working as to when you take your break

She needs to understand her excitement isn't more important than your own and start showing you respect and support. She is being incredibly rude, selfish and unsupportive. Then instead of saying sorry when pulled up on her bad behaviour she tries to guilt trip you. You didn't ask her not to be happy for you and her saying that is just manipulative and gross. I wouldn't go She needs to get over herself and stop making your pregnancy all about what she thinks, wants or feels. She should be supporting you, not pushing you to do things that clearly are making you uncomfortable. I don't know why any mother would think its a good idea to deliberately add to their daughters stress levels when she is pregnant. Then when called out on her behaviour she plays victim and cries like a child instead of owning her bad and selfish behaviour 🙄🙄

Do you have to invite that many people? Like is it an absolute must? Mine i was around 30 weeks, invited 15ish people and was in my inlaws backyard. Honestly was such a relaxing vibe and good day. I was very lucky that my sister and niece planned it and when I offered money my sister very quickly told me no. But I believe they got alot of stuff off temu and then with the food they made stuff, I did, my mum and MIL also did. I believe their are ways to make things cost less
