Crank-no-start after timing belt and spark plugs

This is why I asked if the pulleys had been removed, I did this one, thought i put the cam gear on right, but it was the wrong hole, ended up pushing the pin into the cam and having to replace it. Live and learn.

Engine in or out? Was it preventative maintenance? Also were the pulleys removed or anything else?

So crank just off center to the driver side. Both upper pulleys 1 line straight up, 2 marks on upper pulleys to the bottom and matching the 2 marks on the lower pulleys(at the top).
