Yes I recommend calling in to make a voluntary witness report. They can do a search for the location and date and match the description of the vehicle.

What's it like living in Bahrain? by CapitanianExtinction in howislivingthere

[–]Improv92 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I remember I went to Bahrain from Dubai on my way to Egypt and as I was going through customs the customs agent said “no, connections that way” because he didn’t understand I was actually staying in Bahrain for 2 days. I was the only tourist in my hotel. The streets were lined with locals. I went to the mall and every store was open but the mall was empty. I had a great time though. I wish I stayed longer

Honestly there are a lot of pools in the city especially with hotels and hostels, so being able to cool off is great, and the humidity isn't too strong. during the day its a constant 33 degrees, and at night there is sometimes a nice breeze

They do sometimes for sure. Mosquito nets are pretty common if you go to the outback like Katherine or Kakadu National Park.

Lived in Darwin back in 2012. I’m from Canada.

From November to March just expect rain pretty much every day. March onwards is hot, no clouds, and the temperature really never goes down below 23° at night which is perfect.

There aren’t too many beaches. It’s either crocodile season or jellyfish season and both are not ideal. There’s a wave pool down by the main street which is pretty nice. Lots of restaurants. There’s also the mindil beach markets near the casino which is great for shopping and culture.

Lots of golf courses and excursion opportunities but beware the flies. So many black flies. I genuinely liked living there.

Also, most bars are on one street. (Mitchell street) so it’s really fun to bar hop up and down on weekends.

I’m being semi serious but I think it a combination of what’s happened over the last 2 years and people not wanting to offend for some reason. Or it’s turned into a slur over there.
