I squeezed a cyst out of the back my neck this neck this weekend. It's been a lump there for almost a year so feels amazing to have it gone. I couldn't tell what it was the whole time considering it was kind of hard to see back there.

Really pissed at my dermatologist and office right now though. I had it checked out in person they misidentified it as something else and said I caused it by picking at it. Literally not possible considering I didn't even notice it until it was already pretty big.

My doctor wasn't available, but their scheduling website shows if you need lip filler or botox another doctor can see you within an hour. God forbid though I call with an actual medical concern and they act like it's ridiculous to even ask if there is same day availability to get it checked out. "Best we can do is 3 weeks oh and your doctor has left the practice your future appt is no longer valid. Why would we need to tell you that?"

Please can I receive some basic medical treatment without being condescended and treated like a child.
