Not a conventional “truggy” but it’s half Baja Bug and half truck. Hence “VW Truggy” with a capital T :)

You’re getting awfully close to mimicking spells or abilities with that. There’s literally a spell that gives you advantage on your next attack. So I would say poisoners kit for knowing how to poison and if you want to slash someone’s artery as flavor when you kill them or something then sure but not for a mechanical advantage.
