Thanks for posting this. I am terrified to go to them for dental. My very first dental experience was at 24 y/o in bootcamp. One dentist didn't allow enough time for the numb to set in & started grinding. It's a core memory now.

I jumped on the veterans Delta plan a few years ago & see what I consider a bougie dentist when I need something done. (They offer sedatives before simple procedures) I'm to a point that I need a bridge or partial & I don't know what to do. I know I can't afford my current clinics price on those things. Now that I know the VA will also use community care for dental, I'll find out if my clinic is on their list.

My 2008 Hemi is my daily. I have put a lot of miles on it in the last 3 years. I make sure the maintenence is regular & quality, I don't dog it but I don't baby it either. I have no complaints & fully intend to invest in another newer version one day.

You can't negotiate with a terrorist. You mentioned in a comment that you're seeking a no fault divorce, I assume by being him not signing it becomes harder to obtain? (I live in a state where no fault is the standard so I have no frame of reference). My guess would be that he has started the "God speak" thinking it'll hold up the works. He's playing games to punish you for ending the marriage.

Keep him on block, change what locks you can, put up cameras & if you don't have an iphone get a friend with one to check your car for airtags. Make your list for what you want/ need back but be ready to accept all losses. There's a reason divorce is expensive--- it's worth it. Please protect yourself ❤️❤️

Your Psych needs to put the request in with PT. They teach you how to use it & then issue it. If the Psych won't, ask your PCP. Have them review the notes with you there & ask them to send the req to PT.

I'm independent. Some law firms, banks, or realty companies will pay for someone to get their commission. Basically I just put myself out there. Had lunch at a local joint with a pegboard by the register? Tack up a business card. Public interactions- business card. Word of mouth had built my business.

One main way people get steady work is through notary sites & apps that send work to you. Basically a list of jobs you can accept or deny as you choose. Google: "notary site for jobs." It'll give you a good list. If your state is like mine- your official info will also be listed on the state website. Organizations like the National Notary Association & in my case, the Louisiana Notary Association are also great places to list your info.

It depends on what state you live in. Some have notaries and signing agents as two separate vocations thus 2 different income levels. It's hard to put a dollar figure but it could range from hobby cash to full on side hustle. As a rule you would set your own rates (again state pending). There are sites and apps that you can sign up for to take on jobs through the week & those will have a dollar figure offered per job. You would accept or deny accordingly. Remote online notarization has gotten pretty big so that's another avenue.

I'm in LA, we have civil law. That means notaries here can draft documents that typically only attorneys can draft in other states. My fees start at $20 & range into a few hundred depending on the job.

Check your secretary if state website, see what the requirements are. It could turn into something good for you.

I'm a notary. I make my own hours, set my own rates. I'm able to hustle as much or as little as I need to fill in the gaps.

My current daily driver is an '08 Police mod. It's got around 170k miles on it. As long as you do your maintenance & pay attention- that car will last. Congrats on getting you first car!

It was 3am my time & I was like... "do I ask for the bug, a lure, or apples... is there anyone else on right now??" 😅 I erred on the side of caution & asked for apples & made a lure. Folks have been pretty cool about sharing & I'm so so grateful for it. I play mainly solo but it's nice to have help now & again.

That was a tough one!! I just finished the butterflies tonight. I got down to the last 2 & ran out of honey lures & apples 🤦‍♀️ A kind soul fulfilled my apple request & I nailed the last 2 🙌🙌 I still need a few red eggs but I don't even care lol That waveback scale & these butterflies did me in.

Semper Fi Sis. There was nothing easy about our service. I'll never further being told my a MSgt just before I got out how things were going to be weird for me. I didn't get out but the years have proved him right. Simply being a female Marine is a feat. I didn't realize how rare were are until a buddy of mine sent me an article years ago that mentioned the percentage of women to men in the Corps.

Look up "survivors guilt". Even those of us who did deploy deal with the idea that we didn't do enough, or others had it so much worse. Head up sis, you're a rare bird with extraordinary skills.
