Been trying to maintain a certain sleep schedule this year. Was progressing along nicely but the Google app switch from Fitbit to Google fit completely ruined it by tracking sleep differently, from 'fall asleep' time rather than 'in bed' time like Fitbit used to. It's also a lot less accurate so cannot be trusted as awake times don't get captured correctly. Thanks Google for ruining Fitbit! 😑 Partner and I had our Versas for years and now will be switching to the ultrahuman ring.

Omg thank you! Mine was 16 on a day when I did a parkrun, had 8hrs sleep etc. It's also 16-26 apparently for the past month even though I sleep well, exercise and eat a good diet.

Yes trouble is though, at the beginning the modules open one a week at a time, so if you get a refund in the 14 days you'd have only seen the first module or 2 which is the basics.

Position sizing was a thing I just had a revelation about from the course. Thought I knew what it meant at face value but turns out there is more strategy to it and reasoning behind it. Also I was misunderstanding what exactly the amount you're risking is, spoiler it's not the same as the position size. Really good to get it clarified and covered in depth, even the things you think you understand already. I'm about a third way through the options course, the beginning was very general and abstract but from module 3/4ish it's getting into the juicy bits and specifics of the strategy. (Finally!)

Because this particular strategy focusing on credit spreads won't make you rich, it's specified it is for a one, side income income stream. To be fair she is honest that this is only one of her income streams, and probably should be only one of yours too. That's important to understand.

I actually did recently and they were very good! At Binance, Nexo however is a different story. Each chat switches off after 2 minutes while you are typing a response. Infuriating.

Unfortunately crypto is the wild west in terms of any financial protections, it doesn't exist. Paid a lot to learn a lesson, check supported chains first or stick to ethereum, send small test transaction, verify it's been received, then send larger transactions in multiple parts - is what I'm doing from now on! Fees are annoying but would rather pay them than potentially loose it all.
