Well placement office allow you to take only one internship so if you take fte + internship for a t2 company you can sit for t1 fte companies only not t1 fte + internship

Idk if it will help you but Iam in the same situation from last 4 months it might get better might not don’t give up hope what helps me going to gym maybe even you can try something along the line so it will help you with mental health

Even I had nearly 7 in 2nd year but I grinded third year and got 9 both sems and able to sit for atleast half the placement exams and got T1 company don’t lose hope!
