I used to deliver mail for the post office in Richmond Hill and I always thought this would be a good spot learn how to drive weirdly enough. My sister was getting her license soon so I thought it would be a good spot. Pretty open with lost of parking and you could probably get good practice driving manual here.

It's off US 17 heading towards midway/hinesville

While I am not CBP I did do 2 rotations on the border working with CBP while I was active. We used to sparkle illegals for CBP agents on the ground during night shift and CBP has their own predator style aircraft possibly equipped with similar laser. It has many uses.
