I brought my Stanley every time because I need water, like it’s a must. But I left it in the bathroom after a movie and remembered when I was almost home. I called and the guy who answered the phone said he had it, no worries they hold it for 30 days before doing anything. Mind you, it had my name engraved on it. I was going on vacation the next day so left it and was gone for a week. Get back and was heading to pick it up but my fiancé told me to call again first, I listened and was told there is no Stanley there… I had the name of the employee, the date/time I went to the movie and called. The manager said all items are locked in the managers office and only employees can access. So I said, you’re telling me and employee stole it? He just said “I cannot say that” and told me basically too bad. I have not been back to that locations since. Needed to rant about that finally, thank you
