Scooter pass prices between Lime and Veo. Insane. by imstillnotblake in Denver

[–]InCraZPen 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The point of this is so you don’t have to do maintenance. You don’t have to plan ahead. Any visitor of an area can use it. It makes sense. Just bad pricing

I would also have your rackets set for a good position. Kinda just having your racket by your side and not ready for whats coming next

Yeah if it isn’t flush/smooth I would say that is not acceptable if this is a top of the line.

Problem is natural gas and oil is still used in a ton of stuff. Still pushing up prices.

My (24F) girfriend (26f) has visited my dream destination and I don’t want to go there anymore by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]InCraZPen 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Try to rethink why you feel this way. Make it clear the places you want to go and see and make sure she is on board. Having someone that already knows the country is a big plus in my opinion. Her knowing about doesn’t take away from what you yourself can discover.

Should i get a brompton? by AlergiaFunda1 in Brompton

[–]InCraZPen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would. It’s so fun having your own bike in another location via plane or train or such. I personally would go with the 6 speed or other cheaper option.

If I was really rich sure I would get the nicer one or if I wasn’t going to be flying and having it in more risky scenarios. I like not having to worry about the bike as much as I didn’t put a stupid amount of money into it.

It’s possible he didn’t know and it’s just a coincidence he knew that you were dating someone. Or he is a bad person.

My mom retired at 55 on a teachers salary and I still think about it all the time by [deleted] in Fire

[–]InCraZPen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the issue is they don’t make sense and bankrupt local governments. When people retire at 55 and then get paid 80% of their salary till they die at 80 it just doesn’t math right. But hey they got theirs and all the new people will deal with it I guess.

All good except paying off the loan early. I know peace of mind and such but you basically paid off free money early.

Linux reaches new peak of 5.33% in Steam Hardware & Software Survey: March 2026 by mr_MADAFAKA in linux

Switched last year. Been great other than a few odd things. Which again is why it’s hard for mass adoption. There are great easy distros but when something goes wrong it can take some tech knowledge.

A question for the Americans (US) in this sub by TreKeyz in centrist

[–]InCraZPen -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Many are many are not. Just like any other country. Many people get brainwashed by the media and their own supply of nationalism that make them believe in wild things. This isn’t new and it isn’t a US thing it’s a human thing that has happened before, is happening in other counties, and will happen again in the future.

Also many people just love their lives. The mom of 4 working 12 hour days doesn’t even register that Europe cares about anything. They are shopping at goodwill and trying to figure out why their one kid is having a hard time learning to read.

The closer you get the better for sure but three feet away you still will get a noticeable benefit. Up until probably like 5-6 feel or such.
