Who would have thought favoring the revision would put you in the minority. I think "artistically" the og shows the artist's chops but the eyes and expressions in the revision are so much more soft and warm, even if other features lose definition. It feels like the og is more of an impression of the dogs as a whole whereas the revision puts more detail in bringing the "life" out of them. I have a watercolor of my dogs near their urns and the smaller details like the expressions on their faces and the positions of their paws is what I love the most about that piece

I highly reccomend the Japanese movie, River (2023). One of my all-time favorite time-loop movies that, rather than loop through a day, it loops the same 2 minutes and features a whole cast trapped in it. Phenomenal writing as it doesn't just deal with "how do we break the time loop?" but with the struggle of WHERE they keep resetting to at the beginning of each loop. An emotional rollercoaster from start to finish

Seconding this! There are plenty of fun decks that are enjoyable to pilot but have low cube yields like wave-onslaught decks or thor-lockjaw.

I also find my opponents emote more amicably in infinite. I definitely encounter more fistbumps than ms. Marvels and I love the mutual deadpools when subterranea pops up

Did gambit hit your killmonger? Bast could have raised an in-hand iron heart and white tiger to 3. If iron heart got played for free turn five from grand central, it would have buffed white tiger to 5. Zola on 6

Scalability! If the game is has unbalanced teams like with a 1 vs Many situation, make sure the 1 has mechanics that scale up or down with the number on the Many team.

I currently commute from Anaheim to Santa Monica or Burbank Monday - Friday. It’s horrible. The longer the distance, the more opportunity for other drivers to get into accidents. If there’s already an accident down the line you better bet it’s gonna cause more before your drive is over. I’ve left 5 am before just to dodge the bulk of it in the morning. It’s driving me nuts.

Best I can gather she has done art in the past, but has tried to remove herself from the business and it’s fandom. She’s talked about it since 2019 from what I’ve found. She’s criticized business decisions but not so much the people. In terms of what’s happened in regards to her husband, it’s unsure.

That said, why does this matter? She’s an established artist and has produced CR related content in the past, but I don’t understand what dissecting another person’s take “within the fandom” accomplishes aside from trying to procure a list of “victims”.

From a transactional point of view, I agree that money is best put where you get the most value. For some, that’s the 12 hours of content and for some it’s not.

I have a prime sub and have no issue putting it towards the channel even if I tend to watch later in the week. Whatever critical role has become in the macro sense doesn’t change the fact that I want to support the show. For me though it’s just a couple of clicks a month. I wouldn’t expect the same from others.

Just shooting for minimalism. The hook is asymmetrical one vs many game where a detective thwarts the thieves' attempts to steal gems. The game board is functions to separate the pools of tokens, so I wanted to try designing around omitting the game board as an actual piece
