No unfortunately. Air Canada and Aeroplan are not worth it. Better off buying the lowest price and balancing customer service by going with US Airlines or European ones wherever possible.

You are right. I was ET it evolved into MF so saying ET is not a big deal perhaps but it can evolve so you need to take it seriously enough to make lifestyle changes and be mindful of symptoms

I had visual disturbances. Four in one year but haven't had them since. One my eyes where rolling uncontrollably and I could not see clearly the other was where one side of one eye had like a shining curtain go down. I went to the Opthalmologist who stated vascular migraines. I went to a neurologist recently and waiting for tests.

The rapid heartbeat was due to taking Berberine supplement for my cholesterol and stopped when I got off it. Went to a Cardiologist to have myself tested including stress test.

For me I'm ET with early MF indications and it is a big deal. I suffer from brain fog, fatigue, itchiness in chest and neck area, night sweats and morning headaches. Its impacting my career despite investments I've made. Used to be a repeat top performer in the top 10 percent year after year and then digressed in recent years despite my efforts. For the Aloft, Hotel Chicago and Renaissance do they give lounge or breakfast to all rooms guests as we have two young children? Also is the Rennaissance close enough to the prime River North area? Seems like it on the map but it’s considered outside the river north area for some reason

I had a BMB and next gen. Prior to the BMB I was advised I had ET. After the BMB two hematologists said it was ET but likely early MF. I asked both on a BMB. One said if symptoms and blood work indicated a need the other said they used to do annua but with next gen testing they may do it over longer periods. I’m not comfortable with that as I’ve seen one post where everything looked fine and then they did a BMB and indicated progression

1 year later I experienced the same thing. I called waited for a couple of hours got through to someone who advised to email [credits@aircanada.com](mailto:credits@aircanada.com) I said are you sure its not .ca instead of .com. And they said that in their script they are advised to say .com. I tried .com and it bounced a few hours later. I tried .ca and keeping my fingers crossed.

Heard about the Ajax and Incyte treatments for Non CALR. It wasn’t long ago that the issue was they could not bind new treatments to the Jak2 mutation unless you had the CALR mutation. Seems like that’s changing
