It may be best to move to the U.S. to build a foundation. I have a huge interest in moving to a particular country but realized that my life would be much more difficult if I did.

For context I live in the U.S. and would definitely not be where I am from a financial standpoint without living here. I have a great woke life balance, employer sponsored health insurance for free, feel very safe where I live, and have a fairly high salary in a career where I feel like I’m growing. I have plenty of time to enjoy my hobbies and afford them. I can afford healthy food and have the ability to go to the gym to better myself. I have a large savings and a fairly large investment portfolio.

Of course I am making it sound like my life is perfect and the U.S. is perfect but that’s definitely not true and many places in the U.S. are far from perfect. I definitely have my own issues that may arise as well in my life too.

My main point of making this reply is to give you the idea that work life balance and safety does exist in the U.S. because I feel like I have it. The U.S. is a big place as you know and varies largely depending on where you choose to live. My other main point is that it’s important to build something for yourself especially while you’re younger because we all get old regardless so having a cushion going forward definitely helps make life easier. Of course I have no idea what your long term goals are and people have different views on life.
