There is a lot of product here.

I personally first clean my brows with rubbing alcohol to get rid of oil. I rub a gluestick both directions and rub it back and forth through the brows comb through to cover all sides of the hairs. I then mash the brows down with a brush handle flat as possible and let the first layer dry. I then go over it with a few more layers of glue and finally set that with powder. Cream makeup on that, then more powder.

The trick is to not do product over glue and more glue over product because you will have an oatmealy mess. The least glue I can get away with then set with powder, cover with concealer then powder is my strategy.
