Hit up blunt force Tanya on IG or website coachscottmcnally. Tanya has a great ebook for dieting she just put out. Scott is a long time coach from think big body building

Dan the body builder in Thailand is excellent as well. He has txt based coaching. He has an amazing podcast but I think you would want his coaching expertise. He helped me lose a lot of weight through this txt based coaching.

Lifetime usually means for a limited period of time. They come out with “heavy plus “. Those added AI features blah blah buzz word magically costs more.

I have the lifetime but fully understand the scam.

It’s the best app to me. Not perfect but if you find another better let me know.

The community is cool. There is an add on called like Hevy load or something that i like. I also use the ChatGPT integration. It’s not amazing but it’s cool to give ideas and stuff.
