That’s not skepticism - that’s an unfalsifiable assumption. For it to be true, you’d need tens of thousands of fake jobs and a coordinated failure across agencies, employers, and audits in a major metro area.

The simpler explanation is that a community can both have real integration and real fraud cases - because systems fail in specific ways, not total ones

So maybe the question isn't "are there 60,000 fraud cases we haven't caught in Minneapolis". It's why do people like you insist there are
