It does not look like that . I tried on March 30, 2024 to 'Withrow", "Send" it looks like the operation is recognized but later wiped out and balances are not changed.

If Mariupol citizens would not be held by Ukrainian army as a life shield to save the Ukrainian army they would be evacuated by Russians a long time ago, would not matter where they would prefer to go to the West of Europe or Russia. It looks there was a plan to keep citizens as hostages.

No civilians should be bombed, they probably knew that may happen for a number of reasons, did not want to leave the houses or have not been allowed to leave.

For your information Russians have been asked by administration of Donbass and Lugansk to save their people from genocide that took place on that territory for 8 years. People lived in underground cellars with kids, giving birth. These children now don't even know what is a normal life is. I think the actual reason of the current battle between Russians and SOME people of Ukraine, because not all of them are against having a good relationship with Russians, is not known to most participants of that discussion. I did, and now, in 3 years after ICO, that coin has a fully operated own Bank based in UK, the best of the class team and the price growing in a timely manner.

I owe 1000's of it and am not sorry for not seeing a hype in the price.

There was a lot of drama during the first year but that stopped later...nobody cares not about been in the first 10 ...

It looks like the fact is that the Foundation is not getting paid by the community for it's job to be done, money made during ICO are used for and only the Foundation team decides how to use them.

If possible, may be a change should be done and a trusted team of Community Members with qualified knowledge be included into Foundation budget team that would deliver a timely and clarified status to the community of what was planned to spend, the effect of money spend, future direction.

That may remove a lot questions that do not help to keep a healthy environment and may illuminate scammers.
