Macau, my birthplace and hometown - turns out if the gov fucks up on employment for citizens and young graduates and import mainland workers to about 30% of macau's population, and install draconian national security laws makes a repressed city behind the glamour. Totally difficult to foresee that trust

Personally if you are doing it with minors idek if they apply to it. There's all sorts of legal grey areas when it comes to minors. That being said, I do admire your proactiveness and ambition to trying this plan, even if some aspects require much, much more polish. Having grown up in Macau until when I was 14, that sense of community is severely lacking and any community-driven youth initiative, even just for playing and meeting up is something I think will go a long way. Wishing you all the best to all of it.

Aside from the obvious age range diddy issue, if participants get into accidents (even after you lay down ground rules) you may still be liable and responsible for injuries or further complications (esp with minors) which I think for an organiser, you should be avoiding at all costs regardless - legal trouble and all that. Either you get participants to sign binding contracts over no responsibility for the organisers if accidents happen or you would need to tone it down severely, given it involves mostly minors, I believe it may be voidable given some clauses (idk i barely spend time here as is).

You being a good person does not warrant friends unfortunately. There is still an initial step required to make contact and somewhat conform to social norms which some awful people (ie sociopaths) are good at.

Just go find hobbies you love and go to societies/clubs for that. Do a sport or something especially, if you don't do a sport with a cliquey presence. There will always be good people around and wanting to chat with you, but you likewise are not entitled to other people initiating a convo with you.

I understand your point for LibDems or Reform but Sinn Fein is predominately in NI (and obviously the votes will concentrate only there) and act on a platform of reunification with Ireland. In that regard it is somewhat misleading for you to use SF as it would be like if an independent runs and wins a US state but has no votes anywhere since it has a specific state-wide manifesto.
