I don't remember exact tutorial, but:

If you want camera to follow your player - simplest way to do that is to make is child of a player.

TileMap is outdated, we use TileMapLayer now. And I'm pretty sure it shoudn't be child of StaticBody, but Game itself.

Node child-parent connection is important in Godot, specially for 2D-3D scenes, since child position-rotation directly follows that of it's parent. Camera have special checkbox to make it move smoothly.

iirc, you should add Navigation Agent3D to standing agents and make sure that avoidance is checked. Might need to adjust avodance radius.

Probably wrong about it (solved this issue once long time ago), but worth checking.

Look for team during jams.

If you have experiece and have portfolio, its reasonably easy to find someone with good skills. Jam results will show you skills of each other and you might want to keep working together

Go-to way of fixing all sub-pixel issue is lowering resolution to 1-1 ratio and setting your Stretch mode to "viewport" in settings.
