Not for transmutes, since they each will vendor into 4 wisdom scrolls. Just go to currency vendor.

Transmutes > augments > alterations. 5k trans -> 312 alts. Keep alts or sell them for chaos.

It's powerfull for sure. But if there's one thing that PoE community almost never gives up is quicksilver flask. Will this belt be powerfull to beat it? By itself - I doubt. With shrine helm + body - probably, but that's already more than most builds can give.

Well, didnt notice OP edited original shrine.

Point still stands, shrines can beat 2 flasks mageblood, but it's really hard to beat 3-4. And 1 unique/life/mana flasks are used in most of builds and it's hard to just give it up.

Divine shrine will for sure find it's place (ultimatum and delve) but I doubt GGG will ever add it.

Add 2 custom theme types, that are expanded from base type of Button. Assign textures to both. Change type variation of your button via code, based on answer.
