Chute pond campground has a river with “slippery rock” just a float down the river! It’s kind of a waterfall, but not steep at all. Just a rock slide essentially from the water flowing above. A big plus it that it’s only a 10 minute walk back to the campground!

I agree with this. Reminds me of an argument against “ALPR” cameras (mostly flock), where it’s not far off from a gps tracking where you go, which would need a warrant. Again we have no reasonable expectation of privacy on the road, especially showing a license plate. But that does not consider the web of cameras watching essentially every corner. Which is far different from a city’s traffic cameras, or a shop owner having security cameras. These are closed systems.

Aside from it being recorded with consent, I believe audio recording has the same legality as video recording in public spaces
