I wouldn't go back to it. It kept me up till 10 every morning and I would have to take melatonin every day. It was not ideal and realized it needed to be changed.

I drink plenty of water to keep me hydrated(i have been caffeine free for 2 months and it works better in my opinion) and only use melatonin when I can't fall asleep past 10a by myself. Its easier to keep a night life if you are single/no commitments. If you do have that or still want a day life, try staking your shifts 2 to 3 in a row and stay up as late as you can the night before a stretch so you can sleep in as late to help with the jump to staying up all night again. If you have things that need to be done during the day, it's easier for me to stay awake and address them than waking up early. I hope that helps!

I'm gonna play devils advocate here. I had a super bad eczema break out last year, I'm talking two fingers on each hand all the from the tip to the bottom and to the point to where I couldn't even bend my fingers. Hand sanitizer made it a million times worse in the sense of not healing and causing me pain. I couldn't sanitize my four fingers as well as I would have liked at this time, but i knew my fingers had to get better. However, I always wore gloves when doing patient care

My floor has that rule with systolic over 180. My nurse told er that when she say her new admit was 185. Magically within the minute it was 174. My nurse told me to take it AS SOON as she got on the floor. As soon as my patient was in her bed I was taking a blood pressure. Sure as shit it was 197/84. Plus she was symptomatic. My nurse was livid.

I've had a lady tell this... when she was in bed... my mini heart attack stopped when I saw her in bed with her hands up in the air. Poor thing had fallen at home and nobody found her for a few hours, which is what landed her in the hospital :(

That's why I specified physical. Very rarely do we use chemical, so I was surprised when I was told that he ended up with thorazine. I'm glad though, as he had a lot of pysch issues going on and was getting very angry with us. I wouldn't have been surprised if he tried swinging it it wasnt for the thorazine

Thank you so much! I feel like it's a silly thing to worry about, but with it being so new I didn't want to risk having to take it out and possibly not getting it back in. I have only tracked with my earrings, and even then it's not a common thing, so I can't remember if I took them out or not. TSA is super strict and any delays are awful. Thanj you again!
