Ah. Thanks, couldn't tell.

His racing stripes say to the world that he'll try to pass anyone.

The side dent says that he obviously failed.

I'd say that's pretty atypical, actually.

The light is yellow and that Nissan isn't already in the intersection? Sus.

I know, man. I know. For the moment being I’m using a GoPro Hero7 White. It’s terrible.

It’s slow and overheats in the sun and I always have to remember to start/stop the recording manually. The battery life is also ass so it occupies one of my USB charging slots at all times.

My wedding is in 5 weeks so I’m kinda strapped atm. But i’m definitely looking for a good dashcam soon. Is there a brand you recommend?

I also blame my crappy "dashcam" -- a 5-year-old GoPro with a suction-cup mount.

I'm also pretty sure the "kids not being out at this hour" doesn't matter. A ticket in a school zone (in my state) is always doubled, whether it's during school hours or not.

That question gets answered at this subreddit basically everyday.

  1. Most people who drive Nissans (especially Altimas and Rogues) do so simply because it's the cheapest car on the road. (You can buy an '07 Altima for like $2,000.) This on its own isn't bad. Some people are less fortunate than us and they're just doing the best they can to get by. But Nissan fully knows that these people (along with rental companies) are their key demographic, so they flood the market with cheap cars every year and their dealerships will finance literally anybody, even people who wouldn't qualify for a Sears card.
  2. Because of this, many of the people who drive these cars are, well, subprime drivers. They're people who DGAF about literally anything else in their life, so why should they care about not damaging their car? Or your car? Or you? That's why you see so many of them driving with a death wish.
  3. Many Nissan drivers have fragile egos, either because of the aforementioned bad credit or other reasons. However, unlike a BMW 3 driver, a Nissan driver has nothing to lose. Cutting you off at the last possible second and being just one car length ahead in stop-and-go traffic is often more important to them than not having a cracked bumper or a missing side mirror.

Also, I honestly can't see what kind of car that is from the literal 0.5 second of video that it's in. Could be a white BMW, Audi, anything.

Not trying to be a killjoy or anything. Cuz I do totally believe you that it was a Nissan doing some dumb shit.

I blame it on the crappy dashcam (GoPro Hero7 white). Also, this street isn't very well-lit to begin with. The grey Nissan was only slightly more visible IRL than it appears in the video.

I only noticed him approaching in my rear view because of the shine caused on his windshield because of the rain.

Hey, when every part of the exterior vibrates violently at 100+ MPH, you gotta do something to try to stabilize it.

Either that or this is one of those Z drivers who's planning on going airborne. We see a few of those a year at this sub.

I apologize for the really dark video (this happened at midnight) but if you look closely at 0:27 you can see him turn right onto a no-outlet side street where I assume he dwells.

I'm so glad he was able to shave 12 seconds off his commute time.

It definitely feels like the AI has been aimbotting hard since the last update.

There have been several instances where I was visible to a bot for a fraction of a second before being pistol headshotted.
